Method To Prepare Meat : Soak Chana Dal For 15mins.
In a pressure cooker add meat, onions, chana dal, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, garlic cloves, ginger, and water.
Pressure cook for 5 whistles and simmer for 10mins.
Meanwhile roast poppy seeds, cashew nuts, and cherongi. Grind into paste and keep aside.
Now to the cooked meat add garam masala powder, ground paste and juice of 2 lemons. And Grind into the mixer.
Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and some green chillies.
Method For The Filling :Take hand full of meat, form a small balls.
Fill in the filling and cover it and make a flat round shape.
Shallow fry in non stick pan from both the sides.
Serve hot..!!
